This pizza mix is gluten-free, dairy-free, whole grain and can be made without eggs. Top with your favorite sauce and gluten-free toppings and savor how delicious homemade pizza can be.

To prepare this easy gluten-free pizza dough, simply add eggs or egg substitute, warm water and olive oil, then spread the dough on a greased pizza tray. The mixture contains a yeast packet and creates an authentic crunchy crust. Try adding a little basil, oregano, garlic or finely chopped rosemary to the mixture.

With this premix you can also make other creations in your kitchen, such as cheese breads, stromboli, chapati, roti and naan, to name a few. It makes a very tasty flat bread to serve with soups and more hearty stews.

If you want to try something else, cut the dough for donuts, fry it and cover with powdered sugar or cinnamon.

Follow the recipe in the package to make excellent gluten-free cinnamon rolls with this versatile blend. You can also make pretzel sprinkled with a little salt and serve with a little mustard.
