MEET THE CHEF

CHEF SÉBASTIEN COURATIER

Tropical cuisine has no secrets for Sebastien. His tasty and colorful food, comes out to delight our palates and eyes. After graduating from cooking school in Paris, his hometown, Sebastien has lived several years in the US (Los Angeles, Miami and Martha's Vineyard) where he worked as a chef in in various restaurants and catering services. 

In Costa Rica, this atypical chef owned an organic farm. It was his passion for premium ingredients that prompted him to take this initiative.

He recently spent 6 years based in France but traveling a lot within Europe and Asia. During these years he cooked alongside the most recognized chefs.

He is now back in Costa Rica to share the knowledge gained through his vast experience in various restaurants, catering, as a private chef, consulting for restaurants, culinary styling and cooking classes.
